SANIYE OZALTIN ORTAOKULU is a secondary state school that provides education to the students between 11-14 years old. located in a very disadvantaged region of Adana Turkey in Seyhan district. There are about 460 refugee students in our school. There are 428 Syrian students,1 Moroccan, 1 Iranian28 Iraqi students so in total about 458 refuge students. Nearly all of our students come from a socio-economically disadvantaged regions of our city. There are in total 1070 students,57 teaching staff, 4 management staff and 5 non teaching staff in our school.In the past years of Erasmus+ we have had 2 Comenius partnership projects and still one of Erasmus KA229 partrnership project is in progress which started in 2019 and could not be done till now because of the pandemic. In our school students are being involved in different types of activities not only the regular work of our school but also in social activities so that we think we will include them into society to be a better human.
